Refund policy

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed. Our Neon Signs are personalised and made to order. However, if your sign is faulty or has an error, we will absolutely accept returns or replacements. If your piece arrives broken or faulty, you have 7 days from the day of tracked delivery to notify us via email at support@neonchase.com, and we will provide a replacement free of charge.

Warranty
We offer a 1 year warranty. If your sign stops working during this time, please contact us with your receipt and we will send you a replacement.
